All alcohol and tobacco products are sold in Illinois and title passes to the buyer in Illinois. By placing the order, you authorize us to have the product picked on your behalf by the store's staffed, and picked up/delivered to your listed location. Under the terms of sale, delivery driver is acting as your agent. You may desire to insure your shipment. For local delivery of beer, wine, and spirits through Top Shelf Beer, Wine, & Spirits, please call (217) 342-2229. Please note, by placing orders online for delivery, in little as one hour. Orders placed online outside a ten mile radius from Top Shelf, will need to be picked up in store.
Delivery of Alcohol Packages
Delivery can only be made to an address where an individual at least 21 years old can sign for the shipment during regular business hours. Products can be shipped to a place of business or residence. Purchaser and recipient must be over the age of 21 to purchase alcohol. Idenitification may be requested upon delivery. For all alcohol orders, an adult 21 years or older must be available to sign for the order.
By placing an order you verify that you and order recipients are at least 21 years of age. At the time of delivery the order recipient must sign an age verification receipt stating that they are at least 21 years of age and must present a valid state issued ID. This includes driver's license, military ID, passport and/or state ID.
You will be notified by email that we received your order. If the items you ordered are out of stock, we will contact you. Tracking numbers are sent to you by email. If you need to change your order, call us at (217) 342-2229 and provide your order confirmation number, and we can manually void, and process the new order over the phone.
You can place an order online for pickup at any Top Shelf Beer, Wine, & Spirits. Your online order may be eligible for store pickup in as little as one hour. If your order qualifies, select "1 Hour Pickup" in the shopping cart. You will be contacted by the store when your order is ready for pickup.
Top Shelf does not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use our online services. These may include: registering for an online checkout account, entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by Top Shelf, signing up for special offers or promotions, sending email messages, submitting credit card or other payment information when ordering products via our eCommerce website. We will only use your information to communicate with you for products/services you have requested from us. We may also inquire about gathering further personal/non-personal information from you in the future.
Special customer orders must be paid for in full in advance of Top Shelf ordering requested products. Returns are restricted at Top Shelf Beer, Wine & Spirits, and all sales are finalized upon purchase. Refunds are prohibited.
